My order was stuck processing for two weeks without updates. I had to email to find out what was going on and all they said was “sorry it’ll be shipped soon”. Tracking was available 2-3 days later but then AFTER my tracking was sent to me that’s when they decided to let me know an item was out of stock. I was refunded but that info should’ve been disclosed 2 weeks earlier. Customer service was a disaster for this order. My item was also incredibly small, smaller than advertised to be. This experience has really made me consider not buying from Alphalete again. Extremely unprofessional and not handled well.

The high rise ones were really soft and true to size but they are see through and provide no real support. The scrunch pants were uncomfortably tight. The material is nice but sizing is way off and uncomfortable. I will return unfortunately
Nice Quality Gym Clothes
My experience with Alphalete has always been great I've been buying from them since 2020. The quality of their clothing is consistently very good. This was my first time exchanging sizes, and while it took a bit longer than expected, their customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout the process.
Horrible follow up
Ordered two items. Order was confirmed. A MONTH later I received notification that one item is out of stock somehow. A whole month. Paid for shipping for two items and only received a refund based on the one item: refund also took a month. Never ordering again
No Response
I never received my second pair of leggings so I reached out with my issue. I did end up getting a refund but I did not hear back from them. I had just randomly received a refund and saw they cancelled my second pair of leggings without responding. First pair of leggings did show up in a timely matter without issues.

An item I purchased was falling apart. A replacement was approved after submitting a photo. The wrong item was shipped. Now I am not hearing back about the replacement item. I keep getting emails about the wrong item. I just received an email to return the wrong item but nothing about sending me the replacement item. Very frustrating! The item I need is the Amplify open back bra, white.
Love their product
Love their product. Really disappointed in their logistics. Return times are Terribly long and on top of saying free returns when we buy the insurance, this company still charges fees for returns. Might be the last time Ill purchase as long time customer. Sad but they still haven’t fix those lingering issues
