Ordered 4/5 Shipped 4/13 Arrived 4/15 Took a lil over a week to get the item shipped out. Delivery speed was not bad. Return options aren’t the best. The shirt didn’t have any other sizing but with return options available, I lose any ability to use the credits from before and have to get a new item at full price. Having to pay for a return label is also not great.
So Alphalete never placed my order. A week and a half passed, and only then did they place it. A week and a half of business days so 2 weeks total. Then I was told I would receive it in 3 days, but it ended up taking 5. When it finally arrived, the order was incomplete. After that, I was told the missing item was out of stock. How can one company mess up this many times? It’s honestly baffling how bad the service has been. Especially all the useless apologies. Do something about it. Don’t just apologize. As a business owner who used to refer many clients to buy from you, this experience has been so bad that I will no longer purchase from your company again. Neither will I refer clients or family members. And I don't care about a sorry little 15% discount. The team should get some training on how to handle these situations better than sorrys and 15% discounts asking the customer to buy again. Why would they buy again after such a terrible experience? So sad to see a brand fail so bad after years of supporting it.
Paid for express 2 day delivery and didn’t receive my order until 3 weeks later. Tried to make a return to get a refund due to no longer needing the item and wouldn’t even get the full amount I paid for back.
My shorts didn’t ship for eight days, and I had to reach out to ask why. It took several days to get a response, and then a few more days for the order to finally ship. After that, the package was delayed again, meaning it will be over 20 days between when I placed the order and when I actually receive it. I had to request some form of compensation due to the delays, and the only resolution offered was free shipping on my next order. At the time of writing this review I still don't have the shorts.
Returns takes max time every time. Support is of minimal help. Just tells you it’s normal and wait some more. I’ve had to of spent at least 10k on these clothes at this point it just feel like support could really do better.
Products are amazing
I bought the gym-legs to my wife and she just love it. The fabric feels great, lovely colors and very comfortable to wear.
I love Alphalete leggings, they are comfortable, of good quality and look great!
I was expecting my delivery within 3–5 days, but it ended up taking 11 days to arrive. When I finally received the items, the quality was not what I expected and didn’t match the standard of similar products I’ve purchased before. Overall, I was disappointed with the order, as only one pair of shorts met my expectations.
Very rigid material and I didn’t care for the fit at all.
The worst company ever. Almost a month after I returned my items, and I'm still waiting for MY money to be refunded. Don't buy from them

The clothing looks good and its wearable. The quality is not particularly impressive. Delivery was okay.

Wrong clothes shipped and long turnover time and then one of the items was out of stock that I ordered bc it had took so long.
Shorts were way too small so size up, and you have to pay to send clothing back so if you don’t like something prepare to pay half for it anyway. I won’t be shopping here again.
I will say I liked the products. But too many technical difficulties. I made my first purchase and for whatever reason it didn’t get pushed to the warehouse. Now I had a coupon for 35$ off on ship app and I’m updating my info to order and the coupon disappeared.
