I did an exchange and it’s been more than 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for the new shorts. I’ve already delivered the item and this store is the worse place for customer service. They don’t answer, I can’t track my exchange, anything. No signals. They were so fast to take my money but dealing with an exchange is so stressful.
I ordered 2 leggings from the Amplify line at first. I'm 5"3 159 pnds size small Loved them! Perfect fit, comfy, snatched my waist and lifts the glutes. So I ordered ALL the colors . 🌈 Happy to say not all Instagram algorithms are bad.
I am finding the material is getting cheaper and cheaper and the black leggings have weird marks on them. For the price, I was disappointed.

Easy to order, quick shipping, and product was exactly as expected.
The product itself was fine however it did take an awfully long time to arrive. Considering i spent over $150 on my order, i was thinking it would be delivered within 5-7 business days. My order wasn’t confirmed until almost a week after ordering it. Also, one item i ordered was sold out but the site allowed me to purchase it only to see an email 3weeks later saying i will receive a refund because it wasn’t in stock. I doubt I’ll order again but the colors are beautiful and the fit of the 2 piece that was shipped was nice.

Sizes not true to guides. Returning very difficult and expensive because of shipping charges. Takes forever!!👎👎👎

The exchange process was horrendous. Just return and rebuy. I waited three weeks to receive the exchange. And I had to email customer service after 10 days to ask them for an update, at which point they finally processed it. Absurd. The shorts I got, after the exchange, are such a weird fit. At this point I don’t want to deal with further issues with the customer service.
I love their stuff but it is always too small. I got 2 tank tops that on the model it goes a good bit past her chest. I sized up 2 sizes and the tops barely cover my chest. I can not lift my arms or bend over without falling out. My 2X fits like a L. I am a 38DDD in victoria's secret sizing, 5'11", and 200lb if that helps at all. Again I love their stuff, their shorts are always super comfy and fit great, it just seems that if you are not built like the models then its a 50/50 shot the clothes wont fit.
The return process is absolutely terrible. It’s already annoying that returns aren’t free so you won’t get your full return back but then the amount of time it takes is absolutely absurd. I emailed them and they basically said we have up to 15 business days. So I had to wait the 15 days and email them again and then it still took a couple more days for them to return the money. I will never purchase anything from the ever again.
The leggings and the short fit horribly. Too tight and flattened by butt. They also give you a camel toe and are not above the belly button.
