Good experience with purchase, but delivery took longer than advertised - consequently missing daughters birthday.
Phone itself was fine when it arrived and in the stated condition. Would have got 4 stars, had they not tried to bribe me with a 'Chance to Win £50' in exchange for a 5 star review!!

I purchased a 'like new' iPhone from alpha smart phones. The phone was defective as it would not connect to any Network. The phone was returned to alpha smartphones who acknowledged the phone was faulty and would not work as a mobile phone. They said they would replace it... Then they contacted me and said they could not replace the phone as the replacement iPhone phone in their stock was also faulty (Microphone not working). Finally, refunded my credit card so safe to write this review. Avoid this seller
This one star is over generous!! This lot play at good customer service, but can't come up with the goods!! They supplied me with an iphone6 with all accessories and original box, but it was worthless. The back of the case had one IMEI and the phone another. Three poor replacements later and I still haven't got a phone. Did the purchase through Amazon market place, and they are just as useless. Not going to use Amazon in future either.
Sold a Water Damaged IPhone 6s, SOLD as Like New - BEWARE
Bought an iPhone 6S from this company in August 2018, Sold as Like New Pristine Condition with 1 year Warranty with Alphasmart.
Battery was not holding charge, so decided to get Battery Replaced at Apple Store, under the Apple Exchange scheme. Apple then sent me an E Mail with Photos, showing me that in fact the phone had had the Water Indicator Connector Removed and there was evidence that the Phone had been Water Damaged. I tried E Mailing Alphasmart, who responded initially. saying the Warranty was now Void, because I went to Apple !!!
I tried E Mailing Alphasmart again, with no further response. So i contacted PAYPAL, who I paid through, who took my complaint and have given me a Refund, through their Resolution Process. Would never Buy Anything from this company...... they cannot be trusted, about how they describe the items they are selling

Good product, speedy delivery, would use again....
From the point of sale to actually receiving my phone order took little longer than three days. On receipt of the phone it lived up to my expectations, being in almost new condition. The only aspect which slightly disappointed me occurred when I needed to track its whereabouts delivery-wise. There was some confusion regarding the situation with the Royal Mail, and yet an email and both my attempts at getting a phone -based reply got me nowhere.Hence only 4 stars.
Called 3 days in a row, no reply, no call back when leaving messages. No reply from emails. Not acceptable. Purchased phone in July, home button does not work now so need to find out what 12 month warranty actually means!
