Sold a Water Damaged IPhone 6s, SOLD as Like New - BEWARE
Bought an iPhone 6S from this company in August 2018, Sold as Like New Pristine Condition with 1 year Warranty with Alphasmart. Battery was not holding charge, so decided to get Battery Replaced at Apple Store, under the Apple Exchange scheme. Apple then sent me an E Mail with Photos, showing me that in fact the phone had had the Water Indicator Connector Removed and there was evidence that the Phone had been Water Damaged. I tried E Mailing Alphasmart, who responded initially. saying the Warranty was now Void, because I went to Apple !!! I tried E Mailing Alphasmart again, with no further response. So i contacted PAYPAL, who I paid through, who took my complaint and have given me a Refund, through their Resolution Process. Would never Buy Anything from this company...... they cannot be trusted, about how they describe the items they are selling THANK YOU PAYPAL
