Ease of Application Process
Your application process makes the renewal of malpractice insurance so easy. In the past, several years ago, such applications were dreaded as time consuming and complicated. That was not the case with ALPS. The instructions are clear, concise and to the point, thus reducing the time to complete it to 10 minutes. Additionally, when I needed assistance it took one email and I received the information I needed within an hour or so. Thank you all so much!

The ALPS application process is efficient and straightforward. We had an approval decision and policy in hand very quickly- before the other carrier we inquired of had even responded with application instructions. Solid carrier with responsive and friendly customer service.
