Ms.Craig was extremely helpful in helping me navigate through the renewal process. She went the extra-extra mile assisting me. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. I know she has been there while I have engaged this company (since 2019) and I would definitely keep her. Based on my interaction with her, I would say she is an asset to this company.

Easier than you think...
First you get the personal contact with a knowledgeable agent. Then you get easy and reasonable questions about your needs and your history. Then you choose your level of coverage. After that, you get a really reasonable premium with a choice of methods on how you want to pay. It's as if the insured designed the application process!
Good attorney malpractice insurer
Good attorney malpractice insurer. You can tell because the same guy has been our rep for nearly a decade. The same assistants have reached out to me for billing / reminders for the same amount of time. People stay at good companies. When we've needed advice or coverage for incidents, ALPS has been great to work with and offered an excellent panel of lawyers to represent us. Their application process is easy, and their prices are more than reasonable in my opinion. I'll continue to use them next year for the 12th year in a row for our firm.
