You guys sent me two packs of sucuk that were packed with nothing but a couple of ice bags that melted on the way because the package took three days to reach me. The sucuk arrived at room temperature, which meant it had to be thrown out. It was not safe to eat. If you’re going to package your perishable goods so poorly, then you need to ship them overnight.
Reasonable price, quick service and good packaging for the perishable items
they are really good and fast. I am pleasure
Fast service, fair price, will buy again
Arrived in 2 days as advertised but cooling container was at room temperature. Warm.
The product arrived quickly and in great shape!
The cold chain was completely broken. The cheeses arrived melted and spoiled. The entire shipment was warm. When I contacted them for compensation, they replied very late and were not helpful at all. Unacceptable for a company that ships food. I would never recommend them.
Fast shipping, great selection of products
Some of the canned produce were bent. Better packaging is needed.
Fast delivery, care put in for packaging, friendly service, good price
very good packing! and good pricing!
NICE PACKAGING
The perishables perished. Nothing worse than the letdown of spoiled keci cheese. The shipping method is way too slow for dairy. Almost as disappointing as keci cheese gone bad; is the customer service. Everything else was satisfactory with the packaging and care of the other products.
Very nice selection. Arrived quickly & well packed. Thanks
Everything packed very well and got the package in short time . I had very good experience over all
Made several purchases in the past. Always timely deliveries , fair pricing, and great communication for items that may no longer available and providing other options. Will keep shopping @ Altın Grocery in the future as well.
I was given some Turkish tea as a Christmas present & loved it, but couldn’t find it anywhere local. I was able to order it for a reasonable price & have it shipped much faster than many products do these days. I’m sure I’ll be using their services again!!
Great products and fast and secure delivery!
