Excellent service for my AOS
I used Alva for my Adjustment of Status (AOS) application and had a really great experience. My documents were accepted without any issues, and whenever I had questions they were happy to answer and reassure me. Even if they didn’t pick up the phone, they always returned my call, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during a stressful process. They did all of this at a fraction of the cost of an attorney, and honestly I feel like I got a better service. I used an attorney for my K1 visa before and I really wish I had used Alva from day one. The whole process was clear, professional, and much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Alva to anyone dealing with immigration paperwork.

Hello my name is Arleth
Hello my name is Arleth, I first heard of Alvva from a TikTok video. I later looked them up and requested an interview with them about my case. They were very helpful and explained everything to my husband and I. I had Daca for 16 years and I have recently applied for advanced parole due to my grandmother being sick. I started collecting all the information they asked for and in the beginning of 2025 I submitted my application with there help. They have an online portal to where you submit everything that they required and their step-by-step. before we submitted the application, we reviewed it to make sure everything looked correct. Throughout the process, I emailed them and texted them and they would response quickly. Once I had the appointment to go into the interview, they had a little packet for me to prepare for that day. I can say that this was overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend to anybody else. which I do have to say that our case was very simple and straightforward.

I have asked for a refund and never got it or at least a simple reply. The lady that helped me said that if I’m unsatisfied with the process I can get a return. I was unsatisfied with the process. But still no refund
