I rarely leave reviews, but after the outstanding service I received from Amber Student Accommodation, I genuinely felt Srishti deserved the recognition. From the very beginning, Srishti was the first representative available to help me, and she exceeded every expectation. She responded quickly, wasted absolutely no time, and provided clear, step-by-step guidance throughout the entire process. She was professional, patient, respectful, and genuinely empathetic, making what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly straightforward. Even when technical issues arose that were completely outside of anyone's control, Srishti handled everything calmly and efficiently. She kept me updated, stayed proactive, and was always available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Her communication was exceptional every explanation was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. Originally, I was only planning to book a 44-week contract. However, thanks to Srishti's dedication, she found me a much better deal and helped me secure a 51-week contract that offered far better value. At no point did I feel pressured she simply took the time to understand what was best for me and made sure I got the best possible outcome. Srishti is a fantastic ambassador for Amber Student Accommodation. Her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for customers are exactly what great customer service should look like. She turned what I expected to be a complicated process into a seamless one, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Amber is very fortunate to have someone like Srishti on their team.
