It was so easy to sort out accommodation, no hidden fees which was great! Also i had a lot of help and reassurance from Ayana Roy who kept me in the loop with every step and made sure I got the accommodation i wanted. It was great to have someone keeping track of the application process and helping me know how to fill in certain sections and what each payment meant. I couldn’t recommend their service enough!! Overall was a very positive experience, will be using again :)

This website is a complete scam. The reason I initially agreed to work with them was because Tiffany, an agent from AmberStudent, assured me that as long as I paid the accommodation provider through them, I would receive a 200-pound cashback reward in December. Now, 7 months have passed, and I have been chasing them for 7 months. This agent named Tiffany has used all sorts of excuses not to pay me this 200 pounds. I now believe the whole thing is a scam. A company that lacks even the most basic credibility and has to resort to deception to pressure students into paying through them is a fraudulent company. Everyone, I would rather deal directly with the accommodation than ever use this scam company.
btw ，regarding the matter of their deception of me, I have all the evidence to prove it.

This company has horrible workers. I needed help finding an apartment to stay in abroad and they could not be worse at reccomending a place. They were unhelpful, not listening to my feedback and not good at replying. Furthermore, the apartment they ended up reccomending was a scam. Do not book through them!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL!

The staff were responsive and helped me complete my booking, but the process was quite confusing. The room was initially shown at £103 per week, while the final agreement was issued at £132 per week. I also asked about paying in instalments, but this was not available for the short stay.
