Clear and highly accessible website, displaying all accommodations I was considering in an easy to understand format. Enquiring for a property was almost immediately followed up by messages on WhatsApp with more details. Shifa working at Amber Student was exceptional in her service and was extremely responsive over the course of a few weeks as I booked my accommodation. Whenever I had any questions, Shifa was quick to respond to them. I did not feel rushed into making a payment, rather, she was patient with my requests even when I asked for details on a large number of properties. There were no hidden fees on Amber Student during my experience, until the end of my booking process where I spent £50 to reserve my room, yet was shortly also refunded this after its confirmation. I had a wonderful experience working with Husyn while searching for accommodation in London.

Edit- it's been a few weeks now and I regret to say I rushed my review about answer Amber Student and Mamta. It's been weeks since any of my concerns have been addressed, whatever she clarified at the beginning was extremely basic stuff and now when I have actual legitimate concerns there is no clarification, no solution, delayed response despite my repeated texts and no communication between the amber agent and the management of the place I'd booked. It's gone to the point where I'm fed up and requesting a cancellation cz I can't trust them to actually communicate or assist in any way. To sign a years contract with them when they can't address it respond to a single thing with a proper answer or solution has made me want to cancel and stay away from them.
