Perfect website and great service by Shifa
Clear and highly accessible website, displaying all accommodations I was considering in an easy to understand format. Enquiring for a property was almost immediately followed up by messages on WhatsApp with more details. Shifa working at Amber Student was exceptional in her service and was extremely responsive over the course of a few weeks as I booked my accommodation. Whenever I had any questions, Shifa was quick to respond to them. I did not feel rushed into making a payment, rather, she was patient with my requests even when I asked for details on a large number of properties. There were no hidden fees on Amber Student during my experience, until the end of my booking process where I spent £50 to reserve my room, yet was shortly also refunded this after its confirmation. Overall a clear and genuine website from my experience, with great service from their agent, Shifa
