Ordered six shirts, but only received one shirt. The company gave me only one tracking number, and it did not match the tracking number of the one shirt received. I disputed this with the company, but they were not helpful. I also paid additional money for shipping insurance; however, the company did not take this into consideration. I've filed a complaint with PayPal. The one shirt received is of substandard quality. I would avoid this company, which is a Chinese company, at all costs.

DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased 3 items for $65, took 2 months to arrive, and when they finally did, it wasn’t even close to what I purchased. Followed their stated return policy to the letter, and was told the best that they could do was compensate me 19 measly dollars. Expected me to accept a $46 loss for their error, and that was only after arguing with their customer service bot via email after first being offered $8. Absolute garbage business.
It took a month to receive the polo I ordered. That's after going back and forth with customer support. This company is sketchy. I received two different tracking numbers. One showed the package coming from Finland and the other from China and both claimed it left those locations at the same time. I later received notification of delivery 4 days after the claimed delivery however, I never received the package. Customer support kept telling me that it was delivered and to check with my neighbors and the post office. The post office confirmed the numbers were not USPS numbers. Customer support then gave me another tracking number. My post office confirmed that number was not my package due to the delivery address and the fact that it was insured for $500. After continued dealings customer support and my bank, I finally received the polo in the mail with another new tracking number showing that it was mailed after the initial claimed delivery date. The shirt isn't bad but the picture makes it look like it's embroidered with a flag patch on the arm. It's a stretchy, dry-fit type material with the design printed on it. Not as high quality as it appears on the picture.

The ad made it appear as American made. There was no contact address or phone number which is deceiving. The shirt seems nice but not that well made as I had to cut a thread from the collar upon arrival.

It took forever, and I never received it. Their tracking link showed it coming from Ireland, with shipping and transit taking place in Ireland before going to customs. The address they used left off my Apartment number, so if it arrived on the day they say it was lost. When I wrote to them, they said the tracking shows that I got it, and they sent a link of it's transit passage, only that it now showed all activity coming from China, not Ireland. I will contact my Credit Card Company for this fraud.

Ordered the USA Polo golf shirts in early June. Company sent tracking number saying purchased delivered to my mailbox by USPS. USPS advised tracking number does not exist and package still has not arrived. Filed complaint for refund with PayPal and it was declined since the seller had a tracking number but no one knows where the number came from. Paypal has made no attempt to return my money or advise where package is located. Furthermore, when I bought these shirts, they said made in America and I saw no mention of using a Paypal account which I do not have. DO NOT use this company
I ordered this on the 7th and it took almost 2 weeks to get it out of Italy once it got to U.S. I had it the next day. I really did not expect 2.5 weeks for "expidited" delivery.
Got the shirt today....tried it on and it fits awkward. Not a true fit. And the length is shorter than a normal t-shirt.Dont feel it looks like the picture posted...inbfron of the shirt it looks like there is a stain...but its the colors not interacting together and throws it off.
Delivery time frame, charged incorrectly, product physical appearance much different then the high quality photo on site. Granted you get what you pay for so price point was accurate with quality of product. Delivery took 3.5 weeks even with a 9.99 expedited charge

The 2 250 shirts arrived. I will be requesting a full refund on each. On both shirts just above the top button the shirt is not sewn correctly. Both look horrible and I can’t wear either of them. Other than that… the collars are very soft and floppy. Look nothing like the example pictured in the advertisement.
Not made in USA. Delivery time from Italy took too long and shipment tracking info was not precise as to actual location. Product itself had some screen printing defects.
