AAOA is the best deal I have found
This is one of the easiest background checks to perform and it is accurate. The forms are easy to complete and yet have enough information to stand up in all courts. If you are a landlord of any size AAOA is the best deal I have found.
The reporting is decent but does not…
The report needs work. The reporting is decent but does not consider the potential tenants income as opposed to their other expenses in relation to their ability to pay rent.
