Super easy to fill out! I've not looked at the report yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the data at this point. It was easy to join, cost is reasonable, and filling out the background check documentation online was a breeze!

Hi Ken, AAOA will be introducing a Tenant Pay option soon. However, you should always be collecting an applicant's "private info". Their details, such as an SSN, DOB, address history, banking information, etc. are valuable in the vetting process. It is also essential to have that information should the tenant default and you need to collect. We highly recommend having all tenants fill out a rental application (paper or online) so that you are collecting this data and storing it securing. It is in your best interest to have the information to ensure you are protecting your investment. We appreciate the feedback and thank you for choosing AAOA.
