The company shipped the wrong item. The staff was very friendly, immediately sent a replacement in time for my son-in-law's birthday, and they allowed me to donate the "wrong" item which will make some Texas flood victim very happy!

My package never arrived. You used a no name delivery service and the package was left outside my door after I gave them the door's access key. I was never even notified the package was there to ask someone to grab it. By the time I got home, an hour later, it was already gone. Your clothing costs too much to use bargain bin delivery services. I didn't have trouble with previous orders, but now I see why you offer delivery insurance. The message I sent was never responded to, so it's obvious no one cares. Definitely lost a customer.
I had to return for an exchange for a smaller size which was easy. The carrier lost one of the return packages and it was replaced without question.
Great products and shipping. Appreciate discounts but no return policy is problematic as sizing is sometimes a challenge.
