Great product, terrible customer service
My wife purchased a hoodie for me. I love the hoodie and I love the story of this company - I will always support an American. I had an issue with my hoodie - it developed a tear after only a couple of weeks of wear. When I contacted the company to inquire if this was the expectation of the product, I was floored by the response. 'We are not addresses customer issues until after the holidays'; a full two months before I can even make a claim or talk to anyone. I can see that getting new customers during the holidays is more important than satisfying a current customer. Very disappointing response.
I believe the American Giant representative I spoke with is named Jen. If mistaken, please accept my apology. Jen knew right away what the problem was in applying some of my "threads" for a purchase, and rectified the sequencing mistake I had made. She was kind and patient--I really appreciate her help. Great Service and Quality Clothes
I ordered 3 T's and a pullover but the package arrived with 1 T and the pullover. AG quickly responded with the other 2 T's.
Their clothes are high quality in a variety of colors and weights and are made in the US.
Product great but very expensive. Delivery is a joke you should at least kick in delivery that takes 3-5 days not 7-10 days plus. Us Mail delivers faster than that. Pay about 200 dollars for a sweat shirt only the have it take 10 days plus to get delivered. That does not cut it this day an age. Last time time buying your products
Super slow shipping. Took 13 days to arrive to California, and 7 days of that time was spent with my items sitting in a FedEx Hub in Georgia, which is why I rarely do business with companies that use FedEx as a shipping partner. As most know, they are awful. When I contacted AG, instead of contacting FedEx, they regurgitated the tracking information that I already had access to, and if I'm not mistaken, it took two days to get a response. I guess expecting proactive Customer Service is nothing more than wishful thinking nowadays. 3 hoodies later, that will be my last purchase from AG.
Love cuffed joggers VERY disappointed there are no longer women's . Love French terry . I got the men"s but hate the rib down the center of the leg . STILL ..love it's American made .Hope the two pair I got don't get those annoying little holes .I am sorry they aren't blue or black .
Fast delivery. Nice discount for military. SUPPORT USA COMPANIES AND WORKERS. Good quality clothing. Please give better advice on sizing and fit. Clothes tend to be tight and fitted but sometimes are loose, baggy, boxy. Comfort is supreme, but style is important too.
The fit of this sweatshirt is great and it feels very sturdy. One of the main reasons I chose this sweatshirt because I’m hoping it will last a long time and only time will tell. My biggest issue is that there is not a crew neck with the same weight and same fit.
