An order was sent to the wrong address
An order was sent to the wrong address. I’ve sent numerous emails. The package was returned to sender, and I’ve still not received a response to my emails and it appears that you have no intention of refunding me

Great choices

Love this company
The books are actually awesome
The books are actually awesome, but the box the set goes in, has an about a one inch rip on the top, and a three inch tear at the bottom. Not the end of the world, just really annoying, especially since they took three weeks to come in. If the box had been pristine, I would have given five stars.

Ease
This is ridiculous. Just ask please rate us the end.
Would definitely buy again!
Everything came quickly and wasn't damaged. They did strap the books together with some plastic material that very slightly crimped the top and bottom book as they are paperbacks but all in all they look good and I would order again.
