Unsurpassed customer service
American Chairs and especially Brad Pinsler provide excellent customer service to back up their beautiful products.
I ordered a small table and two chairs for my apartment. The chairs arrived first and they are perfect. The table top came a couple weeks later and there were a couple of punctures in the cardboard (which was surrounded by a sturdy wooden crate). Unfortunately, one of the punctures put a small dent in the metal edge surrounding the table top.
I contacted Brad, sent him pictures, and they immediately sent me a replacement top. And they aren't asking me to box up and return the original!
Brad has been prompt with replies, including a personal phone call!
This level of customer service is unlike any experience I've had.
The table and chairs are beautiful and sturdy and fit perfectly in my dining space.

It is rare but it does happen. And we always stand behind our work - if something arrives damaged we will replace it. Have a wonderful holiday weekend :-)

I ordered 3 counter stools in the 1950 diner retro style. The quality was excellent, craftsmanship superb and colors perfect. Ordering was easy, and delivery was faster than expected. Could not have been more satisfied.

Really nice quality work! Quick turnaround and on time delivery.
Out counter height chairs were a bit short for our 30” counter so we added a 1.5” block to raise the seat height. Ensure your measurements align with the product specs.

Really beautiful product. My only caveat was that the chairs shipped quickly and the table took about a month. That was absolutely fine, but they should have communicated this. Final outcome was a gorgeous perfect kitchen set!
