My products arrived sooner than expected. There was a damage issue. I was contacted by phone by Gina. She was very helpful and understanding. A prompt,fair and acceptable solution was reached within less than a week. I would definitely recommend American Chairs!

We had a custom dinette table and chairs made by American Chairs, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and everything is beautifully made. The chairs are exceptionally comfortable, and the table and chairs are solid, sturdy, and built to last. You can immediately tell the difference in the quality—they’re heavy, well-constructed, and truly American-made. The entire experience was excellent. Customer service was responsive and easy to work with, our order arrived sooner than we expected, and everything was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Very solid build. Good quality heavy furniture. Packing crate was substantial and protected the table top well.

The stools came just loose parts jangling around in the boxes that were both partially crushed. I checked the parts and they were all ok. But packing was not good. Then the stools themselves were awful to put together. Very unpleasant experience all around.

We do pack all the hardware in bags but we assume there was some freight damage if the boxes were crushed. For starters, let me just tell you I had the BEST customer service experience of my life! I ordered extra tall barstools for my home, after a few days I emailed company to see when they would be shipping and if I could get a tracking number. Customer service emailed back same day to let me know they were on back order and would be a few weeks. After a few weeks I emailed to check on order again and once again the same customer service person responded same day to let me know it would be a few more weeks or he could refund my money. I responded and let him know I would wait. He notified me when my product shipped which was great! Upon arrival one of the chairs was damaged. I sent same person email with pictures of damaged product, he responded immediately with an apology and to let me know he had filed a claim to get me replacement parts I received them today and my new barstools look beautiful! Great experience!! Not sure if it’s ok to leave his full name but I would like to say thank you to Brad for quick response and going the extra mile to make sure my purchase was taken care of.
