Mr.Williams is an amazing employee
Mr. Ryan Williams was absolutely the most kind and thoughtful person to me, he was patient with me and never once made me feel like a useless person for asking for help. I’m not sure if I’d ever been able to do this if someone had been rude or made me feel bad for asking for assistance. Mr. Williams answered all my questions and concerns. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee!!!

I deleted this wonderful 5 star review after interacting with phone reps. Amusing to say the least. Their number is 800)976-4872 (to try to cancel account) if you want a good laugh. Emailing will get you nowhere either. Anyway, just call your bank and have them get you away from these ridiculous people.

Very Disappointed
I am very disappointed in American Debt Relief. I signed up for the program and then found out after the fact that all my accounts have to become delinquent before they can even begin negotiating with my credit card companies. Meanwhile, my credit score goes down and I’ll be getting calls from collection agencies. They of course neglected to mention all this when I was signing up. This is not what I would call ethical business practices. Also, I have tried to get in touch with my account manager to pull out of the program, but he is conveniently unavailable.
