I'm relieved to be a part of this program. I now know instead of it taking forever to clear my debt…it can be done in 3 years. That gives me hope! I didn't give 5 stars because it was very difficult to understand the person that I was speaking with because of his heavy accent. It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to understand him. I could not understand the majority of what was said. I'm not dissing someone from another country.
