Everyone we've spoken with on the phone, have been so helpful and pleasant. It's a great change to talk to nice people when you have to talk about finances. They are going to save us over $80,000. Yes our credit may take a hit, but so what, so would a bankruptcy. This is faster and when we were done with the phone calls, we both felt the relief wash over us & we could breathe.
