My Customer Service reps name was Jimmy. He was reassuring and answered all my questions. I had never consolidated my debt before in a payment plan that was set up to pay half of it off. I didn’t really feel 100% that I should do it, but with my present circumstances of going through a divorce, it was the best choice. His tone of voice was very reassuring and confident. I really can’t advise at this time since I have just started this process. I can say that I feel some relief that there is a solution in sight.
