Took a long time to verify me. Then u put the money I redeemed on to a virtual visa instead of sending it to my bank. I won’t be using your casino regularly due to that issue

It has been a hassle to redeem a small wining. I had to re do the verification a second time and is almost one week and still no resolution. This is the worst redeem process from all of the social casinos out there.

American luck is a decent site, could use more games like black roulette live etc, but the slots are unique and pretty good usually, I also like casinos that have the free daily bonus feature, 4 stars for now,

Redemption instantly tried locking my account claiming multiple accounts, which was a lie. Only reason for 2 stars is customer service fixed the problem.

The daily bonuses are decent, as are the deals. Bad days but actually has good days unlike many others that make it one of my top picks. The redemption was standard and much quicker than it stated ( got it within 24 hours or so ). All love, good luck and stay safe fam 💯

this is the 2nd part to my original review. i would like to raise the stars to 3, but the redemption, although quicker than last time, still took 2 days. I just, personally, feel if other platforms can have instant redemptions, than they all should. our money is taken instantly and we should be entitled to have our winnings instantly as well. once again, im unable to provide an accurate review because this platform has not given me the redemption. its actually still pending. my last redemption took extremely longer than any other platform i play on. Its ridiculous, even the virtual card (which is supposed to be instant) took 5 days.. So, when my redemptions (everyones redemptions) start being processed as quickly as most other sites, i will definitely update and upgrade my number of stars. but 5 days to receive my payout is way to long of a wait. but i appreciate the win.. my recommendation is to wait a couple days to ask for a review, i cant imagine any players are happy about waiting for their payouts. please try to do better.

Hi Jerry! Thank you for your kind words about American Luck. We strive to provide an enjoyable experience for all our players.
I had difficulty verifying my account details to collect my winnings. When seniors live in senior units, there is usually no utility or internet bills in your name. Thank goodness I have a car registration to verify my address. Others may not drive. We as seniors do enjoy the gaming experience as a wind down to our evening.

Lots of fun games but hard to win at any of them!!😩😩😩
Hi Tammy, Thank you for your feedback and we're glad to hear that you enjoy our games! Our games, as well as those offered by our trusted partners, utilize advanced technology and sophisticated algorithms to ensure that every spin produces completely random outcomes. We understand that randomness means you may experience both winning and losing sessions during your gameplay, and there might be sessions where you win less than your expectations. However, we strive to create an enjoyable gaming experience for all our players. Super fast redemption as per usual with American Luck thank you!
Hi! We are delighted to hear that you found our redemption process to be quick and efficient. Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience!
Its a scam when you first sign up you will win a little bit just enough to get you to buy from them after that all winning stops they do that to pull you in then steal from you . I played har 200 spins in a row not a single one hit . The positive reviews have to be fake l. The R.T.P percentage is ZERO
