Customer service has been disappointing. My redemption has been delayed because I recently changed my phone number and can't receive the verification code. I've been waiting for a new redemption link to be sent to my updated number, but the issue still hasn't been resolved. I understand the need for security, but the process has taken far too long and needs to be improved.

This is the best site to play games are fun graphics are great and getting your redemption is easy. I just recently had a redemption that failed to go through I contacted their customer service. And they probably told me what was wrong and I refiled for a new redemption drink and it's already been processed and I could shit in the next day or so. I recommend anyone to play at this site for a truly all-around great experience

American luck is the best social casino hands down. Best customer service, once you verify all the documents they need. Your redemption are very fast. They gave me an awesome birthday bonus and other great bonus. I became a VIP legend this month and they keep giving me amazing gifts to keep playing. Why go play anywhere else, this should be you one and only stop. Thank you American luck!!!!

Fast, friendly, reliable service. Redeems aren't instant but you will get your redeem sooner than they say you will. If you have questions, they have answers and they very nice and understanding and informative. I stopped playing the casino through FB with vendors you never know if they are going to scam you or not. It's just not worth it. American never fails and always delivers
