3rd redemption attempt, first 2 went fine. This time 1 week after redemption request still no deposit. Last review response when I commented lengthy redemption told me to email support, I did. They just say being reviewed, keep waiting. Days of email back and forth still no details just, keep waiting. My issue is the no details part, why are we past the time frame of previous deposits, why are we past the posted time frame? They don't have specifics, just keep waiting. My patience has worn thin with the lack of answers and I'm quickly losing trust. All is good, till it isnt. Update: since this post I got an update that technical issues caused a problem and I had to resubmit my redemption. I have done so and sent an email confirming and asking if this would be expedited and got 2 more templated emails back that dint actually answer the question. I will update this review and change the rating but the scripted responses need work, the responses never directly answer my questions. I want to talk to a person and it feels like I get email AI. Final Update: After 1 week of poor responses this review got movement. I was told a technical issue prevented my redemption they put the funds back to my account and asked that I resubmit my redemption request. I did and through mutliple emails I asked if this would be expedited and I got more scripted responses that didn't answer the question. They did say that an influx of customers due to recent promotions is causing delays. I DID get my redemption after 10 days (not a large one mind you). The fact that new customers and technical issues caused this problem tells me I need to stop giving money here because they are not equipped to handle the volume they are getting. Good problem for them, not for us.

My experience with American luck has always been top notch, however there r a few things ide change or fix...1. Stop taking me out of my session when I just get a bonus, only to go back and not get to play out the bonus and or get any compensation for the potential loss sc. That's the number 1. Number 2. Please when Im spinning don't pop up over the screen to upsale me more sc when I haven't even lost the sc I have already. It takes away from the spin and what it could be if u could actually see it being played . A big shout out to my vip rep Emily. She's fantastic.
