Keith was super helpful. He was able to address all my concerns, solve all my issues, and do it efficiently and in a timely manner. Meanwhile, he was friendly and professional the entire time.
Melody was very helpful, responsive, and patient with my questions. I had an issue regarding modifying deposits to my account and she even set up a follow-up call with me so I don’t have to “retell my story” to a new customer service representative, which I really appreciate.
Keith was excellent. We were on the phone two hours so he could help me with my issue and he was relentless and trying to find out how he could do it. He is a great asset to your company.
