GREAT!!!!!
Great Support and Quick Feature Update
I am very satisfied with the support and development team at AmoyShare. I reached out with a feature request, and they responded quickly and professionally. To my surprise, the improvement I suggested was already implemented in the next update. The latest version (3.10.0) works perfectly, and the new option does exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate their fast communication and the fact that they genuinely listen to user feedback. Highly recommended — it’s rare to see such responsive and customer‑focused support.

Their media compressing/manipulating programs all rely upon an illegal pirated copies of GPLv3 licensed distributed illegally in a closed sourced commercial program. Normally FFMPEG.EXE from ffmpeg.org It is a common trait of Chinese developers to steal the Intellectual Property of other developers and pass them off as their own work.

Instructions how to resolve my problem with app update
The instructions to resolve my problem took a clearer explanation of what was happening to me not being about to update the app. But the last email (3)was the charm.
ID3genius: unreliable, doesn't work well
this is about their ID3genius MP3 Batch tag editor for Mac: it's unreliable. On their site they claim that [this software] "can accurately retrieve metadata from multiple sources like MusicBrainz, YouTube, Spotify, etc. Simply upload your file, and this music tag editor will automatically recognize it and fetch the correct metadata from the corresponding database." No, that's not true. On a COVER of a Beatles song from another artist (that I had downloaded from one of the three sites they mentione) this app wrongly changed the "unknown" artist tag to "the Beatles". Useless for me. Be certain that you try before you buy! Review by Johan Dada

Hello, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize that the artist information for your cover songs was not matched correctly. We’d like to let you know that we’ve recently improved our music metadata matching system to address exactly this type of issue. In the latest update, we have introduced an enhanced audio recognition (“listen and identify”) feature. With this improvement, even if a song’s artist name is listed as “unknown”, ID3Genius music tag editor can now accurately identify and match the correct artist, genre, and other metadata. This feature is especially effective for cover songs like yours. Please update to the latest version, v3.7.0, and then try matching the files again to see whether the issue persists. We are determined to get your program working perfectly. If the issue still persists, please email the affected music files to [email protected], and our technical team will carefully analyze the files and do their very best to resolve the issue for you. Best regards, AmoyShare Support Team
Works well, thanks
The AmoyShare applications Jean and I have always found to be reliable. Right now for example we are using their AnyVid downloader, which gives good results and with so many sites. And if you have an issue, which we did recently, the lady, Emma, who works there, or her colleagues, will tell you how to fix it, which they did. Wishing their co. success.

I highly recommend AmoyShare/Anymusic. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and their customer service is second to none. They are reliable and very prompt in response to issues put to them. And I would say that Emma went beyond expectation in helping me with the update of the App. She is 5 stars out of 5. And most of all, I am very happy with the product. Wished I have known them earlier.
It's not 10 free downloads if its an hour long video.
Very poor, they offer 10 downloads on the free version after you install it,then it won't download anything that's an hour long,it ran my HDD taking up the whole system so i had to terminate the process, when i restarted,it wouldn't download my video on my You Tube channel, cited i needed a pro account to do that, waste of time from another money grabbing bunch of divots.

Had a issue with the app. Got very quick and efficient feedback from the support team that that’s how customer care should be the only negative point is that the update button in the app is not calling for an update. Therefore I had to manually download the new version.
