Good customer service, almost great. The only reason it's not 5 stars was bc of the multitasking at other windows which slightly delayed my customer experience. Otherwise she was very good.

eventhough there is a lot paperwork more than I usually expected, I even had to download statement from my bank , I am glad that the loan was granted and I am very grateful , I know next time I would not need to do all that, and everything will be easier.
