The company communicated well and the curtains were absolutely beautiful. They arrived well packaged and I hung them right away. They weren’t even wrinkled. I just steamed them in a few places. The fabric and sewing is top notch.

The curtains are nicely made. They even did a special length for me in the wider curtain. I didn’t realize they were being shipped from China and I was in a hurry to get them. DHL made a mistake in delivery and Anady did not want to pursue making it right with DHL.

The company was very responsive to questions I had via the Facebook messenger app. Deliver took awhile, but faster than stayed in other reviews. I feel like these are custom curtains, made to order. I’m very happy so far with the purchase.

Very nice product but unexpected extra charge of 30 euros for delivery and negative answer when asked for reimbursement

Dear Petropoulos, Thanks for your feedback! We can understand your mood and feelings fully! That might not be extra shipping charge but customs, because we have covered most of the shipping for you. But all our products do not contain tariffs, since different countries and regions have different tariff policies. For example, the United States is tariff-free, but France may have random tariffs. Dissatisfied with return policy
I ordered drapes, received the drapes I ordered and was not satisfied with them. When I tried to return them I was instructed to ship/send them back to China. It was going to cost $80+ to send them back but it only cost $15 to have them shipped to me when I ordered them. Needless to say I ended up with a pair of drapes I do not like and had to order some from another company. I am very dissatisfied!!!

I am very happy with the curtains
I am very happy with the curtains. The quality is perfect and the fabric is nice with a beautiful pattern. The shipping was also faster than I thought it would be. I need curtains for my living room soon and I would order from Anady Top again. The only reason I did not give a five star rating is because there was not enough information available for the fabric. It says linen blend and I would like to know the exact composition.
