I have purchased many items from Andrea and always been extremely satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship. My recent purchase of a jacket was a disappointment. For a jacket that costs over $200 the quality of the fabric was a major disappointment. It will cost me money to send it back so it is too much trouble and not worth the effort. Very disappointed!!!

The fabric is beautiful, the way it fits. I think the only thing that’s a bit of a problem at least for me is the customs adding $60 on every time otherwise I’d buy more.

not happy
i need to return items that i collected from a post office. the items were received from delivery and that was when tge count down to five days started not when i received them. this company was inflexible on giving me a refund even they received the return on the 7th day and got a credit which i used in purchasing items i did not want. bought just so i can stop dealing with them. the clothes are photograph beautifully but the are poorly made, expensive and run small. wont be using them again

Love my ziggy pants! After three linen OmmYoga pants ( Size S-M) I opted for a change. I'm normally a size 10. I was a little cautious with the Ziggy's sizing as I wanted a very relaxed and roomy pant - so I sized up to a L-XL (although did think I may have made a big mistake as my Omm's are a very roomy S-M!) - but alas - the size up is perfect. Super relaxed, comfy and the style definately tends to embrace the slightly roomier look. Love them! Thanks AndAndrea for yet another perfect addition to my wardrobe.

Do Not Buy from andAndrea if you want your $ back
I spent over $600 online, the order arrived and all the products were not suitable. I followed their returns policy and have yet to receive my refund despite them emailing me confirming they have the goods back and are processing my refund. I have contacted them 5 times via email as there is no telephone number to speak to a human with NO results. I am now going through the process of contacting my bank reporting them as fraudulent as well as the Australian Federal Department regarding this business. If you want your money back DO NOT buy from these people.

What made it great was the prompt service and the refunds came through quite quickly. I had no problems at all. I just have to order a bigger size as the large size is like a medium in some shirts and pants I purchased. Overall a great efficient service. Thank you 🙏
