Excellent communication & fast…
Excellent communication & fast delivery. The top was described that it could be worn off the shoulder if you went up a size of which i did. It’s virtually impossible for that to happen as the neck is too tight. It didnt even work for my daughter who is 2 sizes smaller than me. Nice jumper tho.
Mostly good experience
What was great was the ease and speed of my ordering. I realize i pay a premium for clothing as the DSL shipping fee is included in item price, but i do get orders quickly. I only gave 4 stars because i was on waitlist for an older popup item and I was not notified when a few showed up- they went on sale on newest popup and sold immediately. I should have been contacted before the popup that the pants were available. .

USA return hub, thank you!
After several years and many items purchased, I needed to make a return. It was impossibly expensive to ship back items previously but now with the new USA return hub it was easy and affordable. I can now shop with confidence that if something doesn't fit, exchange/return is easy!

Easy to order
Easy to order. Well packaged. Timely delivery. Love the trousers. Would have given 5 stars if they had a front zipper, not buttons. Buttons are a struggle for arthritic fingers! 😂 Otherwise, faultless.

Oh, no! We're so sorry you weren't able to get the items you had your eye on, Marilyn. Our PopUp Parties are popular worldwide and most of our sales happen on the first half-day of our 3-day event. We're increasing our manufactured quantities with every PopUp (unless we're trying to phase out an older item), however often our customer numbers grow much faster than we anticipate. We'll definitely increase our order quantities again and hopefully all of our customers can get the items they're hoping for 🤞
