The hair straightening comb is a fraud! It does not work! Do not use this product in your hair I called the company and requested a refund and they have refused to refund me for this straightener so I wanted to come and write a negative review and tell everybody to not buy this product it doesn't work and the company is very crooked and will not refund your money!!!!!! I have never heard of a company that will not refund you your money. They asked me for pictures and I sent pictures of the item and their reply was that I received the right item and what else would you like us to do for you today. Stupid, unprofessional people. Also if you go to andoveagain.com and write a negative review they will remove it and you won't see it the next day!
Received an electric comb with a super short cord. The product is not designed for individuals with short hair. I cannot get my hair to touch the plate in the plastic capping. I'm requesting a full refund because it is not as advertised and of no service to me. I received an email from someone with no order number or reference number, I do not know if it was about this product or not? I must file a PayPal Claim to get some results.
I order this product back in October and have been contacting them quite a bit the only response I received is it’s on the way. I am currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this company’s customer service is trash.
I’m between an 8 and an 8.5 - one foot is basically a little bit larger than the other. Went with the 8.5 and fits great. Probably could have been fine with an 8. The strap to attach moves so it’s easy to get it buckled up. I’m not sure about anyway else but having to bend over and try to buckle a shoe can get you out of breath!!! This went in smooth and long strap in case you have thicker ankles.
The item ordered looked like a toy. It barely heated up and the cord is so short. I can’t even reach the back of my hair with that cord. I tried to return the product but the cost of returning item falls on me. The cost of return almost matches what I paid for the item. I will never order from Andoveagain - lesson learned!!!
