I am reviewing my black peplum jacket. I am as happy as the day when I got it. Leather is soft and so well manufactured. It’s perfect for a night out or a trip. So easy to clean and maintain. I recommend Angel Jackers 100% You wont be disappointed.
I love my jacket sooo much
I love my jacket sooo much. The leather and the construction are really solid and it truly gets softer with wear!! Im 5’5” 125 lbs and I ordered the XS in the black hooded biker jacket-It fits beautifully! The order process was simple and quick, and I received my jacket and a really timely fashion even around the holidays. Totally want another jacket.!!! Would purchase here again. So kind of random but I’m glad the jacket wasn’t made in China.

My coat from Angel Jackets turned up better than expected. It was very well made and fitted me absolutely perfect. It it light weight and very stylish. Lovely fabric.
Disappointing customer service to begin with
Update to below, Angel Jackets reached out and reviewed my case. They offered their apologies and used this as an opportunity to correct the issues face during my order to ensure this does not happen again in future orders for people. Not many companies would make this move and you have to acknowledge and commend this from them. I would consider ordering again as I said, the product was of good quality. Original review Ordered the product as a birthday gift for my wife. I placed it with confidence due to the claim of delivery in 5-8 business days, the order took a week to get close to being shipped, never mind delivered. Once sent, it was still within time for the birthday, no harm, ordered in advance to be sure, pending delivery. Tracking updates was poor, it would not recognize my postcode to allow a more detailed search. Then, on the 14th May, i checked the status again, "delivered". It was not. I contacted Angel Jackets, they confirmed what I saw, delivered. They said they would check with the delivery firm for proof of delivery and come back to me, I had to allow a "couple of hours" for them to get the details and they will come back to me. One day passed, no contact. I contacted Angel Jackets again, got told the same thing yesterday, then had to inform them I was on yesterday with the same query and am awaiting a reply. I then got informed, oh that is 24-48 waiting time to get a reply. I explained that i was told differently yesterday, as I am now 24 hours into the wait, it would be a further 24 hours before I get my answer. I was told if I do wait the further 24 hours, they will be in touch with the information. Well, I left it a further two days (this included a Sunday) and still no reply. It had now gone past the time I needed the item. Once I contacted Angel Jackets, it was the same story, no update, claiming the delivery firm wanted me to wait a further 24 hours but they as a company would not wait any further. They would reorder the jacket on my behalf. I explained I did still wish to have this jacket and it was already past the time I needed it by. How quickly can it be shipped. They said if it is ordered from the domestic warehouse, it will be out in the next week, if it needs ordered from overseas warehouse, it will take longer. I asked how will I know which one it is getting shipped from, was told to wait for the re order email, then contact them again and ask where it is coming from. Really? They could not check, let me know in advance and I needed to contact them again? I also checked would it be the same delivery firm as I was not happy they claimed it was delivered and could not prove it. Up until my third request, it looked like it was delivered and they were trying to prove it. I asked to make a complaint by speaking to someone about the whole matter. I was told I already did, it was lodged, I reminded them I was not contacted about this and I had to do the chasing. They then seemed annoyed at me pressing my complaint, even adding "if you dont want to wait for the jacket, i can get you a refund", really, trying to get customer service and they exhausted all two possibilities, reorder and wait but contact us to find out how long you have to wait or cancel and get a refund. Yes, the wait was important but they could not answer my questions about shipping and delivery. I was advised that the person helping me with my complaint was Cheryl, it would be 2-4 hours to get a reply. Guess what, 24 hours later and still not updated, no reply, no new order, no email, phone calls.....nothing!!! Three times they got contacted, three times I was promised a reply. Three times they failed to deliver proper customer service. What i did receive, a text......from a delivery firm, with an order number (not matching anything given to me my Angel Jackets in my emails) showing a history not matching the failed delivery from the Angel tracking number, with a parcel to be delivered. It arrived, the original order. Clearly a major issue with the delivery pathway, two different ref numbers, one delivery claimed that was not correct and a customer sitting unable to prove it was not delivered, with a firm not able to offer basic customer service. The other ref number not shown or available to me or even Angel Jackets after three attempts to get the order. The product was good quality and fitted well, I would not say it was worth the hassle or annoyance that followed after the order was placed. Am sure plenty have not have to deal with the issue I did and find out just how bad the firm were for customer service. I am in no doubt, I will get my first response about all of this to this message as they wish to save face when "Cheryl" replies to the message. It is a pity they never got in touch to help when I needed it or to provide one update. Shocking service.

Absolutely five star customer service…
Absolutely five star customer service and quality. I had some fitting problems with my first jacket which were dealt with extremely quickly by customer support agent Stephinie Williams who gave the best customer service i have had in a long long time and went well out of her way to make sure my customer satisfaction was of paramount importance. Meanwhile the quality of my jacket is absolutely amazing and the fit is fantastic. I would not hesitate in the future to recommend this company to anyone who is interested in buying a leather jacket as they have restored my faith in humanity with their absolutely excellent customer service and fast delivery. Wow Stunning.
This was my 2nd Angel Jacket & it won’t be my last. I bought a ‘Denim’ Jacket, it is so convincing as a Denim Jacket but obvious it’s leather. My Husband’s comment was ‘That’s Stunning’ I’m a size 14 & that’s what I ordered, it could have been measure it fits perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Angel Jackets on price & service.
actually very, very good service
I was quite sceptical of this firm initially, products ship from Pakistan and I readied myself for a long and expensive returns process if I didn’t like the jacket I bought. However I was pleasantly surprised, returns were to the UK and reimbursed when I asked if I could exchange rather than return for a different style. Ultimately I ended up returning that item too but angel, swift, trouble free return and refund to a UK address. Items were not my liking but actually good quality soft leather, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again. The only criticism is that sizes are big, I’m usually an XL in the UK but a L was ample for me.

I have since been back and purchased more, because of the different styles,sooo soft real leather,the unbelievable great pricing and how quickly I received it with delivery to Australia I will not shop any where else. My experience was great from shopping for my Jacket, to receiving my Jackets easy to purchase good delivery updates and wow fast delivery exceptional quality leather and Jacket. I have ordered another as this one made me happy with everything.
Customer service is extremely poor
Customer service is extremely poor. I was a new customer about to purchase a leather jacket, and noticed that the shipping address that said Country would only let me enter the USA, and the Province field only had States in it, not Provinces. I emailed to ask if they ship to Canada and they told me yes and just refresh my browser and if that doesn't fix it, message back and they would send me a manual pay link. As a software developer I knew that wouldn't work, and tried multiple times fruitlessly anyway, so emailed back. A couple days went by then I heard back that I should refresh my browser again. I said this wouldn't work, and ANOTHER couple more days later was told to go to a different URL for Canada. Why not tell me that in the first place?! When I went to the different URL, the item was unavailable after so long. Again, I wrote back without a response. I instead went and bought the same coat on Amazon finally. These people do not care if they lose new customers so I would expect if anything else went wrong at any point in the transaction or with the product, they would ignore people as well. It seems like another junk popup resell site. I'm sure ordering through Amazon at least that it will arrive in time for my son's birthday and the customer service actually exists. Happy for you if you get the item you wanted and it all works out. With this kind of site, everything is always great until it suddenly isn't, and I'm glad I found out sooner rather than later. I won't buy my leather jacket here either. My son's birthday present was important and I was treated as if they simply did not need new customers because they already sell like crazy, so I was too inconvenient for them in Canada.

Cautious when buying online
When I’m buying clothes online from a seller I know very little or nothing about I’m always concerned about quality, sizes, colours, etc. when I saw Angel jackets advertisement I was impressed with what I saw but still had some doubts based on previous purchases from others online. However, after carrying out some research on the company I felt it was worth taking a chance. My fears proved to be unfounded and I now own a fabulous brown leather biker-style jacket which fits perfectly and feels fantastic - well worth the price I paid for it. In summary, I can wholly recommend this company - ‘it does what it says on the tin!’
