I looked at many jackets, and saw this particular one with a hood, that was removalable. The picture does not do true justice although a great picture.
The colour is fabulous, the leather is beautiful , the length is good), the fit is good ( went by their size chart) very happy with it.. I'm an old girl, and it makes me feel " up with the chicks" without looking mutton dressed as lamb ( old saying) delivery took a while, but it was worth it. Company was very informative and kept me in the loop of what was happening ... and came very well wrapped .. ALL GOOD

Refusing refund for my 84-year-old Nanna’s gift over "standard creases"
I am appalled by how Angel Jackets (Hexder LLC) is withholding a full refund of £118.15 for a jacket my 84-year-old Nanna bought as a gift for me (Order #23621778).
Despite confirming the return was received, they are using fabricated claims about "creases" to penalize a vulnerable senior and keep her money.
Their own product manual (IMG_8870) explicitly states that creases are a standard feature of the material. We have clear video evidence showing the jacket was returned in pristine condition.
This ordeal has caused a severe medical crisis for us as vulnerable customers (a PIP recipient and my elderly Nanna). This matter is now officially under investigation by Citizens Advice (Ref: CCA-6438251) and international consumer protection authorities.
A chargeback has been initiated through our bank. We will not tolerate the exploitation of elderly and disabled customers.
Return the money to my Nanna immediately.

Ordered a leather jacket for my husband. The process from start to finish was excellent.
Beautiful soft quality leather and the the design is high end.
Not only is the coat amazing so is the packaging. It is obviously cared about and is ready to gift as its sent boxed with tissue paper.
I would buy again without hesitation.

Having eventually received a replacement jacket, after Angel Jacket's further delay due to their internal system of poor communication and confusion, i've come back to update my 1 star review. To reflect how things have panned out. After receiving their email asking if I'd reconsider my review and, them stating they were sending a 'complimentary' jacket, when it isn't, it's a replacement for the shoddy creased useless first one. I waited and waited for this replacement then, eventually, it arrived, in a box far too small for such a size jacket. And it too was creased! Not as bad as the first but, bad enough. This time I've put it in a room of steam and the creases have improved a bit but, nowhere near acceptable as yet. I'll be patient.
I've put my review to 3 stars instead of 1 as a result of Angel Jackets sending a replacement, even though it too is creased for now.
I also bought another item from them at the same time as this jacket. I bought a blazer. It was too big but, with a jumper underneath, especially in autumn, when I'll wear it, that would help. The sleeves were too long in this XXL size but, Angel Jackets refunded me 15% which was £24 which I'm using towards getting the sleeves taken up at a local shop. The blazer looks nice.
Overall, my experience with Angel Jackets hasn't been good. They've eventually tried to resolve the issue but, it's taken weeks. Emails took days to answer and, basically, I will return to buying from physical shops again having not enjoyed online purchasing. Angel Jacket's jackets look absolutely beautiful online but, due to packaging, turn up creased and not as shown. Which is such a let down given how excited I was waiting to pair the Erin jacket with my Peaky Blinders cap and gloves. Oh well, I'm sad at this experience and wish it'd been better.
Having bought two jackets and tried to get a replacement or refund on one of them, I've experienced weeks of delays and deflection emails. An initial agreement to get a new one sent because the first was totally creased, has resulted in nothing so far. They take many days to answer each email.
