I ordered an item which turned out to be nothing like the photo on the website. Decided to return it which cost me £11 to do so and they still haven’t refunded me anything. So I actually ended up spending more money and they got their product back! Multiple emails. Went round in circles. Disgraceful. Don’t buy !!!!!!!!
