The Halloween dress is nothing like the picture. There is no lace or no ruffles on the skirt, the sleeves are not big like the picture, the front has a zipper and not match the picture. I can’t find a customer service to contact them
Please do not buy from this company unless you want to be scammed. Yuxuana the “owner” sells products that look nothing like the pictures and made the return process extremely difficult. I paid £85 to return the items and 4 weeks later they are still refusing a refund and requesting for a “certificate of transportation” which is absolutely ridiculous as I provided the receipt evidence from the post office. I am in the process of getting this company shut down entirely and banned from selling in the UK due to breach of return policy and buyers rights. Do not buy from this company the quality of clothing combined with their service is worse than terrible.
Shocking how far from the product that is advertised. Do not expect to look anything like what you ordered. All fabrics are prints. Pockets, ruffles, lace advertised, print on polyester Do not waste your money Charity shops will not want your items either Not fit to wear or recycle
