This is a 1st class company. I called to verify they were an actual working business. I was greeted on the phone by a wonderful representative of AFF who reassured me. This bag was shipped to me quickly by FED EX and had an attached Thank You note. Superior quality bag. Thank you for the great effort. 5 BIG STARS!!!
