My husband passed away very recently & unexpectedly. I knew nothing about financial matters. I have lifetime annuity income from my husband after his passing & I was not I prepared to deal with it, nor did I understand it. The help I received was incredible. I was helped step by step to go through the process of turning it over to me as the beneficiary. I was also helped tremendously by finding an institution that would increase my monthly payments & what steps I needed to take. I am eternally grateful for all that has been done to facilitate everything along the way. The very calming attitude shown to me throughout this process was so truly amazing. I am ever so thankful.
I had a lot of questions about putting money into an annuity. From reviewing, theirs is lots of good and bad things said about an annuity. However, after spending some time with David, everything was explained in a manner that I could understand. After several calls over a couple of months I was convinced an annuity was a good way to diversify my retirement. in general, David was very patient with my wife and me, as we had a lot of questions. This made it it much easier for us to make a change in my retirement philosophy.

I worked with WE who helped find the right type of annuity I needed for my lifestyle and current financial situation. He clearly explained various products so I could make an informed decision as annuities are new to me. Long story short, I was able to make a financially beneficial decision, and he took care of all the paperwork in a very efficient and thorough manner. I am very pleased with the results.
I am giving 4 stars, only because nothing is 'perfect', always room to improve and get better; but this interaction with WE at Annuity Gator is as close to a 5 as one can get w/o being totally 'perfect'. Thank you WE amd Annuity Gator, I look forward to getting more financial advice in the future.
I have talked to several annuity advisors. They pretty much had the same spiel, but offered very little in the way of explanation. David and Ryan with Legacy Life Financial
explained everything in great detail and used a graph that I can refer back to when I have questions. It’s a lot to take in. They encouraged questions and spent a good amount of time teaching me about the annuity they helped me choose. I brought my daughter in and they redid everything to show her. Every question I texted them was answered right away. I feel like they were so knowledgeable and that gave me the confidence to move forward with their company. I feel fortunate to have discovered them.

I decided to take on being my own Financial Advisor, after all, no one cares more about my Money than me. I did not know that much about Annuities but knew it could possibly be a good fit in my Retirement Plan. I discovered Annuity Gator ( thankfully ) and was connected with Robb Rothrock III, it turns out he is probably second behind me in caring for my Retirement Funds. I liked the way Eli Mitcham was willing to look deeper into available products that specifically met my particular concerns and requirements. He was not married to a particular stance that may or may not have benefited him personally. Totally willing to do what was in my best interest. I found others agents to be argumentative in their presentation of other products based primarily on their ratings rather than my needs, pressing me to accept lesser products. I took the time to inform them of my wishes but felt ignored. My situation was complex and sufficient time was taken by Eli to listen carefully to my emotional state at the time and to give me time I needed to reach a decision. He then worked quickly to meet timelines. I have no question that he will be a source of support for the long haul.

Bruce Colwell and Annuity Gator - A Great Experience
Before retiring, I spent the last 20 years of my career in financial services. So, I had enough knowledge to be skeptical of annuity products, in general, but I needed to find an alternative to the market's volatility for the next 10+ years. I also wanted to generate income along with market value appreciation.
Bruce Colwell has extensive product knowledge and is a good listener. He has integrity and is patient and a good educator. I felt he had my best interest at heart throughout the process.
I had an Non-Spousal Inherited IRA and an investment account that I wanted to move out of brokerage accounts. There were only a few companies that would accept funds from the Inherited IRA account. Bruce presented the options and explained which ones he recommended and why. I felt comfortable with the decisions he helped me make in the two annuities I selected. He also had great attention to detail and follow-up throughout the process. I would highly recommend working with him.

No show on Original appt- Unprofessional
Had an appointment set up with an ELI from Annuity gator to discuss annuities. I was on the zoom call and also tried to attempt connection via phone call for phone number provided.
Zoom called timed me out. They never got on the phone line. I am going to stick to buying annuities from people I know.
