Anomasu Buyers Beware
Buyers Beware! The Anomasu Solar powered Eagle is a classic bait and switch. What is marketed as a fully lit and animated lawn ornament where the eagle pivots and wings fully expand. What I received is a solid molded eagle where only the base and feet illuminate - nothing is animated. While Anomasu's customer service will immediately respond, they will only offer a 30% refund. For full refund, YOU PAY for return shipment of product back to China and only IF the return product is not lost in transit. This is not what is stated on the order confirmation that states a 60-day free return that ships to CA as stated in their return policy. Please note that while the product only takes 1 week to ship from China to NY customs, it will take another 3 weeks to arrive at your address. I suspect that those who order a similar owl lawn ornament they market will experience the same.
