I ordered two pairs of shoes from this company. I followed their shoe guide, thinking they would probably be too small and once they got to me they were too short just like I thought. I've been trying to exchange the shoes for my correct size and they want to charge me $30 more for the 2 pairs of sandals! That's more than my original payment!!!! I just want to exchange them for 2 pairs that would fit!!! I'm very unhappy about this because they were just what I wanted!!! I have a very difficult time finding shoes that would work! WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT IN ANUYN SHOES!!!
I ordered two pairs of shoes. I pair fit. The other pair is smaller and normal width. I ordered size 11 and extra wide width. I’d like to return and get a different pair of shoes that fits. Can you inform me of your return policy and how to go about getting an exchange please. Thank you.
I ordered two pair of shoes but discovered I ordered the wrong size. I got hold of customer service via internet and they fixed the size. I got them within a reasonable length of time since they come from China (I think). Very comfortable and just what I needed for my wide and odd shaped feet...including hammer toes.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, two of which were the same style. One pair fit but the other pair was smaller. I contacted the company and was vehemently argued with. I frequently order online and once in a while, a mistake gets made. An ethical company that wants to keep its customers and a good reputation will work with the customer to make right the situation. This did not happy with Anuyn. I do not recommend doing business with this company. I was prepared to order more shoes because the one pair did fit well and was comfortable. But now I will not do so.
Bought a shoes through Facebook page and shies didn't fit . So send message and they responsible for shipping. I went to.post office and they charge $30 to send it back ... that is totally ridiculous because the shoes is not worth to return for that price!!! Don't buy from them... WHAT A SHAME!
I ordered 2 pair about 10 weeks ago, and they were never delivered... not able to get in touch with them as they never sent me a confermation number. They took my $ though. SHAME
