Charge my money 458 euro and after 2 days said the scooter not is available i ask for refund and aovo team said is on holiday from 1-8 october. Possible the team have holiday with my money, and me i wait the scouter in eternity.

After confirming by Email that shipping to my son's address in Liverpool UK was ok, ordering went through normally.
Received a tracking link that didn't work, after a week of inquiries was told item had been stopped at customs and returned to Germany, no contact from Aovo until I Emailed, was told to be patient.
After another week I emailed again and by reply was asked if I still wanted scooter
No more contact until almost a month from order, I got a phone call from person near my address saying a scooter had been left in his garden by Royal mail and a card put through door, luckily parcel had my phone number on it.
All good ? Of course not it may have only been addressed to number 11 when I live at number 1, but I live in Leicester, the delivery address on order is quite clearly Liverpool.
So my son spent £50 on a train ticket and £40 on a carry case to collect this scooter.

I ordered a white Scooter and got a black one. second time this happenes to me!
on my last parchase i had some issue and the customer service which where not responsive and communicating enough
but the scooters themselves are great and goot quality
thats why i keep bying there
but it was dissapointing to get a different color!
I have not received the product I purchased. after a month it is still stopped in germany
and the destination turns out to be in romania instead of italy.

Dont buy a scooter from aova store they dont answer when you try and contact them, and their scooters are crap,, everything broke, its leaking water in to the battery compartment and all the electrical connectors are corroding, full of rust. Once you open up the battery compartment you cant tighten the screws. The list is so long i cant write it all 😡

Don't buy from these I got a scooter not a full year just yet and then poll snapped while was on it bear in mind scooter wasn't used all the time so I got onto to them about it told me wasn't able to get free replacement scooter instead had to buy brand new one I wouldn't recommend gettin a scooter from them if it falls apart don't get refunded or nun very disappointed

My order never arrived yet I paid £954 I have had no help in getting a refund, this was August 2023 yet still no refund. My advice is stay well away from this company. 🙁

Generally speaking, our electric scooter 4~8 days delivery, cos it ships from Germany warehouse, but for our scooter parts, if it is no inventory in Germany warehouse, we will ship it from factory, so it will be more time

One issue I had was the lack of order confirmation email, everything else was perfect. The product was well packaged (kukirin G3 Pro) bonus surprise I got was it came with two chargers, some unboxing videos I've seen there was only one. Would recommend this site with out hesitation.
