Very bad experience
Bought two electric scooter. After about week one of the scooter has problem with battery , during driving just cut of the power. They sent me first battery and was wrong battery , second time the same story , third battery still wrong fourth time was correct, but they told I have to fit myself because they don't have service company in Europe. Very bad experience, stay away !!!! AOVO®Store 4 hours ago Are you a giant baby? can not do anything? We sent you 4 batteries at a loss, what else do you want us to do? You sent me 4 batteries and they all batteries was faulty . The scooter isn't working till today and you call me giant baby? Waste over 300 euros because you don't have any service in Europe !!!! You sent me scooter with factory fault and you ask me now what else you can do ???? Nightmare!!!!! Order number : #27554 Correct. And the scooter is parked in the corner since 2 years!!!!!!

I bought a Kugookuririn m4 pro scooter in September and after 7 months stopped working due to a battery issue. I was offered by the company a new battery for 250€, which is half the prince of a new scooter. So no good solution was given to me.
