Not trader friendly!
This company does not have trader friendly rules. Once funded, you have to trade frequently even if that's not your style, they send you warnings!
Then to get a payout on say a 50k you need a huge buffer which cannot be withdrawn! Avoid much better companies that offer more trader friendly rules! Oh and 30 days to pass which is more like 21 days.

This is the worst prop firm
I bough a lot of evaluation accounts, after 2,3 months, I've just get started having the first payout. I was successfully verified by a 3rd party during the process but coming back to Apex portal, it says my ID evaluation is declined and email me that my account was blocked without any explanations. Strongly recommend not use this prop firm!

Hello Apex Support Team, I am unable to log into R|Trader Pro using my Apex credentials.
My User ID is: APEX-95190 Whenever I try to log in, I receive the following error message: "Login Failed.
Please contact Administrator" I have already done the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Ensured my Windows clock is fully synced to internet time. 2. Verified that the System dropdown is set to "Apex". 3. Verified that the Gateway dropdown is set to "Chicago Area". 4. Confirmed that there are no trailing or accidental spaces in my username or password. Since the error persists, it seems my Rithmic ID needs to be enabled or unlocked on your end. Could you please look into my account setup and verify that the credentials are active? Thank you, [Homero]

I received several successful payouts from Apex. However, after proving myself as a successful trader, I was no longer allowed to purchase additional accounts. I did not break any rules; I was simply restricted after achieving consistent results. This feels unfair and should be communicated clearly to traders from the beginning

Good firm for experienced traders but…
Good firm for experienced traders but dang, they take WEEKS to payout. I requested my payout 10 days ago and it got approved instantly. Nothing yet. Almost 2 weeks have gone by with nothing. Don’t trade with this firm. Speed is an important thing when choosing a prop firm. I have traded with Lucid Trading and they paid me in 7 minutes. Do better Apex 😑
So far amazing experience, waiting on my first payout of $1354 from them. Said should be in my account by August 12th. Will do a follow up post if it arrives!

Dashboard showed a daily profit of $238 vs $258, when the totals were clearly outlined. Just so happened this coincided with profit day #5 to request a payout 😃 have not received a response or resolution
I’ve now completed day 5 and will request my payout, assuming they don’t manipulate the profit total again

They are incredibly money hungry. If you miss a renewal cancellation they will never give you back your money. If a trading platform glitches they will never give your money back. If it’s time for a payout they will reject you. They are an incredibly shady company and predatory in nature. They will not care how much money you give them they want more on top of that. Companies like Topstep are leagues better you will actually feel like they’re human over there. If you reach out to apex they will ignore you until convenient and their customer service is horrible. This company is making money from people failing and on top of that they practice unethical standards. Go with Topstep, Tradeify, lucid instead. Obviously I’m not being paid by any of them. But this company has been horrible to deal with. Horrible ethics and customer service.
