Account restored after backend error…
I had an evaluation account get blown because on a volatile day it wouldn't let me close a trade and some backend stuff caused the wrong instrument to trade when I was trying to fix it. After a couple days they were able to verify it was a backend error and restored the account to the amount it had before the error. Very grateful.

Horrendous Customer Service
There is no way to get in contact with them. I've tried to send them an email because that is the only way to get in contact with them but the link will not open on multiple browsers and I even sign into my account and it still will not open. Absolutely terrible customer service
Payout Process Experience
I’ve been experiencing significant delays and poor communication throughout my payout process with Apex. After my payout was approved, I waited more than five business days without receiving the required Plane invitation email. Despite completing my onboarding in Plane as soon as I received access, I continued receiving generic responses from support that did not address my specific situation. The lack of clear communication and follow-up has made what should be a straightforward payout process unnecessarily frustrating.

Good platform,nothing bad I could of said just that sometimes it was hard for me to place my stop loss and tp im still not sure how tbh but hey everything else was fine now we just gotta see if they give payouts.

The worst support Prop firm ever..
The worst support Prop firm ever... I am funded trader and I won't able to reach them to resulting the trading error... I won't able to contact them at all... the submit ticket won't able to submit it.
Requested payout on the 22/07/26 and…
Requested payout on the 22/07/26 and approved on the 27/07/26. Today is 04/08/26 and I have yet to receive payment link to take my payout. If you ask me it is ridiculous and unacceptable that it has been already 7 working days since the payout has been approved but I have not yet received and payout confirmation method.
Amazing company and they payout…
Amazing company and they payout regardless of what anyone says. Follow the rules and you get paid. Only issue is how slow the payouts are. I’ve been with them for 4 years and we’ve went from 2-3weeks to still 2-3 weeks but the only difference is you get approvals less than a day most of the time. It’s understandable since they are there largest firm but could be a tad bit faster but otherwise I’m never leaving apex

The best. Period.
Not the quickest payouts compared to what I’ve heard but it is my first two. The platform is smooth and has never given any problems. I would recommend it to any serious trader. Everyone knows Apex is #1 let’s not kid ourselves. Better prices for accounts. Better drawdown and passing percentage which is the 6% to pass the evals. The. Best. I’ve reviewed every other prop firm and they are only shadows in the face of the Apex Sun. You guys have caused me to become poetic on this review 😂

Got a $600 payout with apex
Got a $600 payout with apex, it was a great experience trading, the payout process was seamless, got approved under 5 days and got payout in around 15-20 days. Anyone from India trying to explore prop space my recommendation would be apex as it is beginner friendly and has easy rules.

Account Restricted Without Explanation or Support
Apex Trader Funding was the first prop firm I used when I began my trading journey. Like many new traders, I purchased multiple evaluation accounts, failed some, learned from my mistakes, and continued working to improve. Eventually, I became profitable and started receiving payouts. After that, Apex requested a detailed explanation of my trading strategy. I fully cooperated and provided everything they asked for, including how I entered trades, how I exited, and the reasoning behind my decisions. I was later told that everything was fine. However, a few weeks later, the option to purchase evaluation accounts disappeared from my dashboard without any explanation. Since then, I have sent multiple emails and opened support tickets asking why my account was restricted and what I need to do to resolve the issue. I have not received a single meaningful response, and none of my tickets have been resolved. I understand that companies have rules and the right to review or restrict accounts. My problem is the complete lack of communication. I was a long-term customer who continued purchasing accounts even after losing accounts, and I cooperated fully when Apex reviewed my strategy. Once I started receiving payouts, I was suddenly prevented from purchasing more evaluations and given no explanation. Was I restricted because I started receiving payouts? Was there another issue with my account? I still do not know because nobody from Apex will respond. I am asking Apex to provide a clear explanation and a fair solution. Customers should not be ignored after spending significant money and providing all requested information.
