Trading and everything is top notch. But the response time of the customer support team is very bad. They dont respond at all and the payout link for plan has still not come even acter 15-20 days.

Although I haven't been using the platform for very long, I think it's a great opportunity to be part of such a good system. So far, my experience has been positive. I hope the payout process becomes even faster in the future. Thank you!
Overall , good but recent issues
Overall APEX is a decent platform. I have trading friends that utilize other prop firms they seem to like better. Rules etc - my experience is over 1 1/2 years and I have had average success. The new Evals and limits on Payouts has me looking elsewhere and although they paid me in payouts previously it’s been 3 weeks waiting on a payout stating my payout information was “missing” information — following a review of my account I completed the requested information and I AM STILL WAITING — They have not responded to my latest email request. Frustrating

Im still waiting for my payout. Its been 10 business days. I wrote a support ticket. Still don’t have a response and yall send me only to give you review. So my experience so far have been terrible I hope it gets better
