Purchased a $25 evaluation and my account was permanently banned before I even placed a single trade. I wasn’t given a clear reason for the decision, my appeal was denied, and my refund request was also rejected. Very disappointing experience and a lack of transparency in handling customer accounts.

In my opinion, this is the most transparent prop firm, in terms of payout process.
Automated, clear rules, not subject to some human interpretation.
I hope they keep it up, because this is the best, so far, among both the cfd and the futures prop firms.

Quick response and problem explained
I have had two issues I needed help with on Apex, and they responded both times super fast and fixed my problems right away. The first time, it was a site issue and they had it fixed right away, the second time, it was a “me” problem, but they thoroughly explained it to me. Being a new trader, I am still learning things so it means a lot when people are willing to go above and beyond to help. They have been absolutely incredible in helping and responding fast. Thank you Apex customer service!

The worst customer service I have unfortunately ever experienced. No response. No payout.
It has now reached a point where you become genuinely angry and start wondering whether this is actually fraud.
THE best In the business.RESPONSE to any difficulty while login or anything using APEX is really quick . CHEAPEST FUNDED accounts as well . Everything is not only good but works brilliant
