Upon beginning my Apolone promotion, I had great results and great feedback. After my initial promotion, I was so happy with the service, I did a ton more. Those started off , right where the previous ones stopped. After a couple weeks, they completely stalled. Being patient, I waited, then I waited some more. A bit frustrated I gave up and just figured I over pitched it. After Apolone learned about my issue, they immediately acted. They looked into the issue and founda a technical issue with my campaigns. They, then immediately corrected the issue and now my pitches are off and running again. Thank you Apolone for taking ownership of the issue, correcting the problem and for the continued great services you provide. - I will be, "Growing some more trees" soon and starting a new campaign for my latest song. Off to a great start, I just started working with Apolone. Jaxon has been very responsive to all my questions, as a newbie to this. Loved the press pickup on my song: Today We Celebrate You Momma, on music industry website. No update on playlist pick up yet, but we'll see how that goes. I spent over $1000 promoting with this company and got added to many playlist, but that did not translate into any streams. They have many fake playlists that have saves with no listeners. I highly suspect that a lot of their reviews of four or five stars are fake. I’ve had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they still are refusing to refund my money buyer. Beware if you’re gonna use promotion go with boost collective or some other service maybe even Imperium network.

They talk a big game until they have your payment. Once the campaign started and we noticed the questionable traffic patterns, the communication stopped. They are playing with people’s livelihoods. If you are a serious musician, do not let these people touch your music.

For the cost of the campaigns and what you actually receive is definitely not worth it they pitch to playlists that don't appear to match the genre your music. When you ask him about it the responses basically tough luck in a nutshell. Would definitely not recommend there are many other playlist companies out there they're much more reputable and give you your moneys worth.
